Ordered a spice bag from here the shredded chicken is like a rock almost tase likes it’s been reheated absolutely no taste what so ever from it has happened in the past.. worse spice bag in town 👎

Our fried chicken is prepared fresh, and as with any freshly fried food, its texture can change if it has to remain in a warming area for an extended period before collection. We understand that you placed a phone order and there may have been some time between preparation and collection.
Nevertheless, we want every customer to receive their food at its best, and we’ll take your feedback on board and look at how we can improve our collection process.
